Delete Account
删除账户
You may request deletion of an account and associated personal information by contacting our support channel.
您可以联系支持渠道，请求删除账户及相关个人信息。
How to request deletion
- Email support@jundao-securities.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include your name, the email address or phone number associated with the account, and a clear request to delete the account.
Do not send credentials. We will never need your password or one-time verification code to receive a deletion request.
Verification
We may contact you through information associated with the account to confirm that the request is authorised.
What happens next
Within seven days after verification, we will close the account and delete or de-identify associated personal information that is no longer required. We will confirm when the request has been completed.
Information we may retain
Limited records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, dispute-resolution or recordkeeping purposes.

- 请提供姓名、与账户关联的邮箱或手机号，并明确说明希望删除账户。
请勿发送账户凭证。我们接收删除申请不需要您的密码或一次性验证码。
身份核验
我们可能通过账户已有联系方式与您联系，以确认该申请已经获得授权。
后续处理
身份核验完成后七日内，我们将关闭账户，并删除或去标识化不再需要的相关个人信息。处理完成后，我们将发送确认通知。
可能保留的信息
为满足法律、监管、安全、争议处理或记录保存要求，我们可能保留有限记录。
